Return Policy
Easy 30-Day Returns
– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a refund.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact. This means the product hasn’t been washed, worn, or had its plastic packaging removed or damaged.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return:

  2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item to: 4685 Boulder Hwy #1-2, Las Vegas, NV 89121. Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

– We are not liable for these issues:
Personalized Items: Custom jerseys are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
* Request for a refund/replacement is made after 30 days of product delivery.
* Picking the wrong size, product, address, or custom information.
* Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
* Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
– Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– Cota is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Return Abuse Policy
– To protect the integrity of our return policy and ensure fair usage for all customers, Cota monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or suspected abuse of our return policy may result in:
– Limitation or suspension of return privileges.
– Refusal of future transactions.
– Customers will be notified if their return activity raises concerns. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of return policy abuse.

International Returns
– Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes on returns.
– Shipping Fees: All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
– Processing Time: Due to international shipping, refunds may take longer to process.

Exchange Policy
– We currently do not offer exchanges.

Resend Policy

Size Problem
– If you believe the items you received do not fit you, please provide us with pictures for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay a small postage fee for resending, and we will arrange a new shipment for you.

Logistics Exception
– If your package is beyond the normal transit time and the online tracking shows an Alert or an Expired status, please feel free to contact us. We will then resend you the package immediately at no extra cost.

Customs Hold Or Loss
– If the package is lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof. After confirmation, we will resend the package to you for free to ensure you receive it.
