1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Typically, it takes about 5-7 business days to prepare your order, and shipping time is 10-15 business days. Please note that during holidays our production time may vary.
We offer Standard Shipping (10-15 business days) for $6.99 on all orders from the continental United States, which includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
2. HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a tracking link in your confirmation email to track your order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package.
If your package tracking information is unavailable, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed it. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
3. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you by email. We will refund the subtotal of your order once we receive the package.
